Thank you for shopping at Havnea! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. United States Shipping

3. Canada Shipping

Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes (including GST/HST/PST), and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. United Kingdom Shipping

Priority delivery with tracking: FREE — Estimated delivery: [5–12] business days

UK orders may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon entry into the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. For orders under £135, VAT may be collected at checkout.

5. Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email.

7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. International shipments to Canada and the UK may experience longer delays due to customs clearance. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (US only) via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses. P.O. Box delivery in Canada is available via Canada Post.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to us. We will issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred. For international orders, refused packages may also incur additional duties and fees that will be deducted from your refund.
